Catherine Kalaydjian
Global Head of Claims

Catherine Kalaydjian is an accomplished claims professional with over 26 years experience in the industry. Ms. Kalaydjian joined Endurance after six years with QBE, where she was the Senior Vice President, Head of Claims for both the US reinsurance and insurance operations. Prior to QBE, she held the senior claims officer position as Vice President and Director of Resolute Reinsurance Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. She started her primary career with GAB Business Services and was the Excess Surplus Lines Claim Manager at Integrity Insurance Company.

Ms. Kalaydjian has always been very active in leadership roles in a variety of industry organizations and currently serves as the President of the Excess Surplus Lines Claims Association and is a Past President and Advisor Emeritus of APIW (Association of Professional Insurance Woman). She has been a frequent speaker at various industry events and seminars. Ms. Kalaydjian graduated with a BA with Honors in Marketing Management from Siena College, Loundonville NY.
