Target Clients
We entertain a broad range of commercial exposures with low claims frequency history including:
- Products liability for manufacturers, distributors and dealers of domestic and foreign made products
- Commercial contractors for most types of operations, including source of construction projects, except for 'Paper General Contractors.'
- Premises liability for lessor’s risk, mercantile and habitational real estate
- Short-term special events

- In-house limits available up to $2,000,000 per occurrence/$4,000,000 aggregate
Minimum Premium
- Minimum policy premium of $25,000 (may be higher for certain classes/geographical areas)
Policy Forms
- Latest ISO Commercial General Liability forms, as well as manuscript forms crafted to particular situations
Coverage Features
- Admitted – Non-admitted Options: Endurance U.S. Insurance Operations has both admitted and non-admitted capability
- In-house claims service with dedicated claims representatives
- Deductible range of $0-25,000; SIR’s $50,000 and up
- OCP’s available when needed by insured contracting accounts
Underwriting Capabilities
- Low claims frequency General Liability accounts or higher claims frequency account in conjunction with qualified Self Insurance layers

- 5 years of currently valued carrier loss runs
