Endurance Gives Best Practice Claims Presentation to the London Market

On December 20, 2007, Alan Barlow, Claims Director at Endurance Worldwide Insurance Limited, presented to the London Market Reform Group, on behalf of the International Underwriting Association (IUA).

The theme of the presentation was "Automating the Claims Process Through Electronic Solutions" and summarized Endurance's journey from a paper based claims team to a fully electronic team using several integrated IT applications. Endurance was asked to present in recognition of its strategic commitment to automating the claims process from submission through payment.
