Thomas Asquino
Chief Underwriting Officer, Property and Casualty, Worldwide Reinsurance

Mr. Asquino was appointed Chief Underwriting Officer, Property and Casualty, Worldwide Reinsurance in April 2010, having served in a number of senior underwriting roles since joining Endurance in May 2003.

Mr Asquino came to Endurance from Folksamerica Reinsurance Company, where he served as Vice President in the Treaty Property Department. Prior to Folksamerica, Mr. Asquino was at Sorema North America Reinsurance Company where he was head of the Treaty Department, responsible for managing a portfolio comprised of Property, Casualty, Special Risk and Bond business. He began his reinsurance career on the international side, managing a mix of multi-line pro rata, per risk excess and catastrophe business for AFIA Reinsurance. Mr. Asquino has held various underwriting and reinsurance management positions over the past 24 years, and holds a BS degree in Secondary English Education, Magna Cum Laude, from SUNY Buffalo.
