Joan deLemps is an accomplished underwriting executive with over 30 years experience in insurance and reinsurance. Ms. deLemps joins Endurance from Gerling Global Financial Products Inc. where she served as Senior Managing Director of Underwriting. There, she was responsible for directing and managing risk evaluation, program structuring and acceptance of all finite risk products for the Group. Previously, Ms. deLemps was a Senior Vice President at Swiss Reinsurance, she held various underwriting and management positions in the facultative and treaty operations prior to directing the group's marketing and underwriting efforts for finite. Ms. deLemps began her career at Aetna Casualty & Surety.
