Mr. Franklin joined Endurance in 2006 following 25 years with Employers Reinsurance Corporation (ERC). His most recent position at ERC was Head of U.S. Regional Treaty Accounts. Mr. Franklin received his BS degree from Baker University in Baldwin, Kansas and holds both the CPCU and Associate in Reinsurance designations.
