Mr. Kelly comes to Endurance from Global Aerospace where he held positions within underwriting, reinsurance and compliance operations. Mr. Kelly received his BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Kelly also received his CPCU and ARM designations.
