The US Property Treaty business line focuses on the reinsurance of property risks such as buildings, contents, equipment and business interruption.

Target Clients

The business is sourced through the broker market. Property Treaty targets US based insurance companies including incidental foreign operations of US domiciled companies. Targeted clients will have strong balance sheets, demonstrated market expertise, clear catastrophe management strategy and the ability to provide comprehensive exposure data.
